Check things like pay transfer fees, stamp duty and registration fees when buying a home. Sellers must determine whether property taxes, electricity, water charges, social fees, management fees are paid or not.


The sales agreement should include the details of a flat municipal improvement plan, flat area, common ground and total flat price.

It is best to obtain a housing company post Approval certificate. Because who is the original owner of the house .The company has yet to pay taxes and any disputes.

A tax return certificate must be obtained from the manufacturer. Or you may have to pay the tax yourself later.

Do not bring original documents home.

The whole registration process must be completed. Keep in mind that an unregistered sales document is not in court.
